Summary
This role serves as a key strategic partner in the development of digital strategies and initiatives for our Luxury portfolio that aim to create exceptional consumer experiences which align and help achieve portfolio business objectives. Responsible for assisting with the development plan and strategy for optimizing our various brand website e-commerce efforts by developing best-in-class experiences, web merchandising, A/B testing, and promotions. Responsible for optimizing our online experiences,
developing promotions, and improving UX through testing for various Gallo brand websites to help ensure a positive consumer journey. Leverages processes, people, and external resources to ensure optimized and timely execution of CRM, email, and web merchandising campaigns, content, and promotions. Collaborates with external agencies and internal resources to support enterprise needs related to CRO, SEO, and overall content marketing. Maintains expertise in both existing and emerging
digital technologies, proactively recommending ways in which Gallo brands can leverage such technologies to drive innovation and growth. Additionally, the digital marketing specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as brand marketing, DTC, creative, IT, analytics, consumer engagement, social, and eCommerce planning to help develop integrated marketing campaigns and strategies across our platforms.
Essential Functions
Collaborates with the brand, DTC team to develop and execute digital strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with brand and portfolio business objectives. Supports and executes eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to achieve e-commerce and KPI goals. Drives and executes web optimization A/B tests designed to improve customer experience and meet e-commerce KPI’s. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve website and platform experiences with e-commerce ops and business teams. Maintains customer journey map for the brand in partnership with DTC and brand teams. Partners with cross functional teams such as DTC management, brand, social and media teams to develop content strategy, trigger/consumer journey roadmap, and annual content calendars for each brand. Partners with internal or agencies to recommend or request content for digital activations. Implement and execute timely digital activities across web and CRM, including email campaigns, website landing pages, and website updates. Monitor and analyze performance of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, and provide regular performance results to internal and external stakeholders. Maintains and updates marketing content on 3rd party marketing sites including Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor and Tock Identifies opportunities and works with manager to optimize email campaigns and tactics, as well as any website and platform experiences alongside the eCommerce ops and business teams. Develops, manages, and enhances consumer email by managing creative, subject lines, and testing as well as adding additional programs. Owns A/B email test and learn agendas and postcampaign reporting. Responds to ad hoc tasks revolving around various initiatives such as reporting, addressable audience growth, promotional marketing, etc to help pinpoint opportunities. Initiates continuous learning to maintain knowledge of best practices of current tools (Klaviyo/Word Press) and digital industry trends. Conducts competitive analysis and provides recommendations based on learnings. Monitors health of database (unsubscribes, quality of data, bounce rate) and makes improvements. Participates in creating data and measurement tools. Manages reoccurring tests and track new tactics to improve KPI’s. Determines ways to leverage first party and other data sources to create personalized and highly relevant real time experiences for each consumer across channels. Leads recommendation for new landing page development and partners with e-comm business teams to optimize and improve on high traffic and priority pages. Maintains compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and data standards. Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness. Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of digital, online/web marketing or e-commerce experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of Gallo Marketing or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or Stateissued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of digital, online/web marketing or e-commerce experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Experience in various types of campaigns such as promotional marketing and/or automated email marketing programs (triggers, journeys, drip campaigns). Experience with creative strategy and messaging communications planning. Experience creating, deploying and maintaining campaigns in CRM management platforms/marketing automation tools. Must have previous experience in e-commerce, digital and/or B2C marketing at a brand or agency. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of email or digital/e-commerce marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Basic understanding of responsive email coding using HTML and CSS and comfortable working with tracking parameters. Experience with deployment and execution of SMS and push notification campaigns. Familiarity with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and CAN-SPAN regulations. Knowledge of Google Analytics, creating complex segmentation for multiple audiences and developing and executing A/B tests Knowledge of SQL and/or AMPscript.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $93,300 - $139,900/Year Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Perks & Benefits
