About the role
Directly oversees a team to technology professionals and projects focusing on information systems activities, including design, development and administration of applications or operation of voice, network, server, and desktop environments. Manages multiple projects or initiatives. Assists in the development of information system strategies. Proactively identifies areas for improvement and initiates the appropriate action
What you'll do
+ Manages, coaches, and trains a team of Digital & Technology staff and oversees multiple projects.
+ Documents procedures and standards. Identifies where procedures are not aligned with CBRE or audit standard controls.
+ Provides tiered & technology support for end users. Troubleshoots technical problems such as application performance issues or network connectivity problems. Gathers and reports on support metrics in order to identity trends that warrant attention
+ Supports and maintains applications, networks, and devices. Works With vendors to deliver updates, resolve issues, and manage the product lifecycles.
+ Researches and designs application development, infrastructure, or service standards.
+ Serves as the digital & technology liaison for the area of responsibility, primarily for internal clients.
+ Responsible for developing and executing multiple, simultaneous project plans. The scope of projects are small to large.
+ Oversees digital & technology work orders and service contracts and ensures issues are resolved,
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Partner with the Information Security team to operationalize security controls and set adherence strategy for other teams within the organization.
+ Lead compliance audit processes and coordinate responses to client requests/policy changes.
+ Maintain the organization’s Compliance Catalog to track all systems, applications, tools, subscriptions, and dev/test/prod environments to ensure each resource has performed the mandated audits within specified timeframes.
+ Work with team to coordinate triage efforts for all compliance-related findings and scheduled maintenance.
+ Draft, revise, and manage the organization’s knowledge base for compliance documentation, training guides, and policy interpretation (i.e., best practices, recommendations).
+ Project intake, prioritization, management, and dispatch.
+ For all strategic initiatives with compliance components or deliverables, this role will provide PgM leadership to define the technology roadmap, understand technical dependencies, ensure compliance adherence, and validate the success metrics.
+ System administration (initial configuration, maintenance, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning).
+ Manage and gatekeep mission-critical Azure services/subscriptions and Power Platform environments.
+ Research the implications of inherited compliance policies and work with adjacent Technology teams to educate and empower the organization to maintain compliance standards.
+ Evaluate strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies. Assist with process automation to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes

+ Bachelors degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of six to ten years of related experience and/or training, including 2-3 years Of management level experience.
+ Experience setting strategy for a team in a large, enterprise environment with a global user base.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
+ Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
+ Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Digital & Tech Manager- Compliance position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Digital & Tech Manager- Compliance position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
