Creative
The Sr Director, Creative role is responsible for leading breakthrough creative expression for TIAA through design and copywriting across all touch points. This leader will be responsible for leading a team of designers and copywriters, who will produce work for both Institutional and Consumer audiences that will be distributed through a range of channels from digital display advertising to brochures and events. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will actually create design and copy while leading a high-functioning team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Lead team to develop full spectrum of creative that tells the story of the brand in a way that is highly impactful and moves people through design and copywriting
Collaborate with stakeholders to conceive and develop outstanding content and ensure breakthrough and relevant outcomes
Create best-in-class design that is ownable and differentiated for key projects
Write/co-write copy that drives action from targeted audiences
Manage team workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized.
Work with offshore team members to ensure seamless project handoff to maximize speed
Ensure the work is consistent with brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity
Manage projects through WorkFront project management system

2025-01-21Base Pay Range: $134,700/yr. - $224,500/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
