This role will be based in New York or San Francisco Bay Area At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. _The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team._ We are looking for a marketing leader that is passionate, strategic and partner obsessed to lead our ecosystem marketing team for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, our ads business. This critical role will play an active hand in shaping how we build out our Agency and Partner marketing efforts and building out a B2B marketing ecosystem. Responsibilities include: + Envision strategic guidance to define the long term vision and strategy for our Agency and Partner ecosystem in LMS working with key cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Business Development. + Build out and maintain programs for agency and technology partners to drive more product adoption and revenue. + Build alignment between Product Management, Sales, and Business Development leaders to articulate the vision and roadmap for the role the partner ecosystem plays at Linkedin for Marketing. + Orchestrate and prioritize multiple complex interconnected strategies to realize LinkedIn’s overarching objectives in the next 1-3 years. + Develop deep partner insight across our segments to define the right Go-To-Market strategies. + Set and achieve ambitious business goals and pursue opportunities for expansion of the industry and LMS business. + Evangelize for LinkedIn’s point of view on the market, generate ideas that shape the discourse around B2B marketing. + Partner with Marketing Communications, PR, and Product Marketing to develop and drive go-to-market, content marketing, demand generation strategies through various channels. + Drive a performance driven culture, where actions are measurable and immediacy of feedback allows for real-time course corrections. + Lead a high-performing team and create a culture of curiosity, outside-in thinking, inclusion and belonging. + Lead and enable managers to develop their teams, becoming practitioners of sound marketing disciplines. + Must be available for up to 30% travel to support key business initiatives, attend meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Basic Qualifications:** + 10+ years of marketing, partner marketing, or related experience + 10+ years of experience hiring, leading and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders **Preferred Qualifications:** + Deep understanding of the advertising agency and partner ecosystem and ability to shape the future of the ecosystem in the B2B world. + Strong business and commercial acumen. This includes understanding the industry, competition, and expected future developments and challenges, the business’ competitive strengths, and opportunities to grow the business. + Utilize agency, partner, and customer insights and data-driven analysis to inform decision-making, drive prioritization, and ensure alignment across senior leadership, enabling strategic initiatives and business objectives. + Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem (AdTech, MarTech) & APIs. + Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and translating customer/user needs and insights into strategic product implications . + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear insights/implications. + Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to influence and drive initiatives forward. + Ability to break down an ambiguous or complex problem, structure a solution and offer recommendations. + Proven track record of developing and executing high impact go-to-market strategies + Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions. **Suggested Skills:** + Agency Marketing + Partner Marketing + Team Leadership + Cross-team Collaboration + Go-to-Market Strategy LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $202,000 to $316,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
