JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director of Transformation Delivery is a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for driving the successful execution of high-impact transformative initiatives across the organization. Acting as the linchpin between strategy and execution, this individual ensures alignment with enterprise goals, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and delivers measurable outcomes that drive organizational change. With a strong foundation in program management, the Senior Director oversees a portfolio of complex, multi-dimensional initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. This role requires an exceptional ability to tell compelling stories that communicate the "why" behind transformation efforts, building executive buy-in, energizing teams, and fostering a sense of shared purpose. Their influence extends beyond project execution to shaping the narrative of delivery, instilling confidence in leadership and teams alike, and ensuring that transformation is not only achieved but sustained. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY EXECUTION + Lead the execution of the organization’s transformation strategy by developing a clear and actionable roadmap that aligns with the overall transformational priorities. + Facilitate alignment across senior leadership, value owners, transformation champions, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation projects. + Oversee the approval and prioritization of transformation initiatives, ensuring they contribute to achieving UDX’s strategic goals and value objectives. + Serve as the custodian of value orientated delivery by prioritizing high value activities that allow the organization to achieve its intended transformational goals. + Develop and communicate a clear plan for transformation, including specific milestones, deliverables, and timelines, bringing along the entire organization through the journey. + Maintain ongoing communication with core business functions, including regular updates to executive leadership on the status of transformation efforts and value objectives. INITIATIVE EXECUTION & QUALITY ASSURANCE + Ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes and intended value. + Oversee the implementation of project delivery methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. + Monitor the quality of deliverables, implementing regular reviews and quality checks to ensure they meet the expected standards. + Identify and mitigate any issues or roadblocks during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum. + Ensure alignment between transformation projects and business operations, facilitating smooth transitions from project delivery to operationalization. + Maintain open lines of communication with supporting entities such as the AI Center of Excellence and other partnering functions to support solution development and planning activities. + Partner with core business functions across Operations, Uni Creative, HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, Entertainment, Digital & Technology, Technical Services, Legal, Sales & Marketing & DEI to enable the successful delivery of initiatives while maintaining a value orientated approach towards execution. PERFORMANCE & SUCCESS MEASUREMENT + Establish and oversee performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and organizational goals. + Regularly review and report on progress against transformation goals, providing clear and concise updates to senior leadership. + Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve transformation strategies and tactics. + Develop and present performance reports to senior leadership, providing a transparent view of value progress and impact delivered. + Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the transformation team, incorporating lessons learned to enhance future initiatives. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT + Lead and develop a high-performing team of Transformation Leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. + Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities for direct reports and cross-functional teams, helping to build and maintain a skilled transformation delivery team. + Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, encouraging different perspectives and ideas. + Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and recognition for accomplishments. + Promote professional development and continuous learning, ensuring that the transformation delivery team remains equipped with cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and best practices. INITIATIVE PLANNING & RESOURCING + Support the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of all transformation initiatives across UDX, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization. + Collaborate with Portfolio Management to allocate resources effectively across all transformation projects, balancing the demand of multiple initiatives without comprising the successful realization of the committed value. + Monitor project performance, adjusting and remove blockers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. + Provide strategic input on the development of new initiatives, integrating cross-functional teams to enhance the impact of transformation efforts. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required. + MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. EXPERIENCE: + 10+ years of experience in transformation management, business process improvement, and leadership roles; + or equivalent combination of experience and education. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: + Project Management, Value Realization, Agile Principles, Portfolio Management, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, SAVE International CVS (Certified Value Specialist) or other relevant certifications preferred but not required. + Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. + Proven track record of leading and delivering complex transformation initiatives across diverse organizational environments. + Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, resourcing, and project risk management. + Strong understanding of business strategy, organizational design, and process optimization. + Expertise in change management methodologies, with a strong ability to drive cultural transformation and manage resistance to change. + Proven leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing, diverse teams. + Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make sound decisions. + Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and outcomes. + Familiarity with portfolio management principles, ensuring the successful prioritization and delivery of transformation initiatives. + Experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to inform strategy development and initiative prioritization. + Demonstrated ability to balance competing demands, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. + Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences. + Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
