Sr. Director, Human Resources:

The Senior Director Human Resources is responsible for advising and partnering with business leaders supporting their strategic priorities and business activities through effective human resource strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain talent.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Guide leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies through Pall’s Human Resources policies and practices.Develops and executes talent strategies for the global businesses inclusive of growth initiatives, leadership development, acquisition of early talent, succession planning and diversity equity + inclusion.Collaborates with leaders to build and support employee engagement strategies to facilitate organizational performance and enables successful organizational change.Partners with business leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent. Applies understanding of associate needs to promote effective communication channels between leaders and associates.Ensures company policies are communicated clearly and administered in compliance with all labor laws and reporting requirements of the countries supported and serves as point of escalation for human resources issues and speak-ups to provide more robust, proactive Employee Relations (ER) support that ensures a safe and positive work environment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, Human Resources, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years of focusing on HR business partnering, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, diversity equity + inclusion, organizational development, coaching and employment legal.10+ years pf demonstrated experience applying the technical and functional components of human resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design/development, succession planning, leadership development, compensation; compliance; planning; employee and employee relations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Business Acumen in a technology companyA mind-set for continuous improvement, measuring and acting to achieve goals and standardizing buses practices and work processes.Demonstrated experience building global relationships and engaging HR communities.
