About the Role:

Drives strategy, design, and implementation of advanced HR operations and technology. Optimizes HR processes and infrastructure through innovative technology, fostering an employee-centric, performance-driven organization. Champions continuous HR operations innovation, demonstrates thought leadership in HR technology, ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and manages change initiatives. Lead the HR team into the next generation of People Analytics.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

HR Technology Strategy and Implementation

Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with company goals

Select, implement, design, integrate, and optimize HR systems, tools, and platforms

HR Process Optimization

Streamline and simplify employee-, leader- and team-centric processes

Lead and streamline HR processes and programs, such as relocation, immigration, on- and off-boarding, and contingent workers

HR Analytics and Insight Generation

Develop HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for operational improvement

Lead People Analytics team to generate actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making

External Relationships and Change Agent

Develop strategies and tactical plans for managing external operational HR vendor relationships and partnerships, including those related to relocation, immigration, contingent workers, and HR technology

Lead change initiatives related to HR technology implementations, process improvements, and the HR team’s ways of working

Policy, Procedures and HR Compliance

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Execute HR audits and manage knowledge to mitigate risks related to data privacy, security, and compliance

Innovation and Culture

Build Centers of Excellence (COEs) within team and champion a culture of continuous innovation

Demonstrate thought leadership and market knowledge in understanding technology trends and tools

Requirements:

​BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology and 15+ years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles, with a background in HRIS implementation and management or HR Operations

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology and 13+ years of related experience in HR technology leadership roles, with a background in HRIS implementation and management or HR Operations

Exhibits ability to become company-wide advisor and emerging industry expert

Demonstrated strategy development and implementation within areas of responsibility

Possesses expert knowledge of own function and broad knowledge of multiple functions and impact on business

Ability to effectively manage, mentor and train personnel and ability to motivate and influence personnel to achieve goals

Advanced leadership and team-building skills are essential, including influencing across many levels of the organization, as well as expertise in HR operations management, process optimization, and HR organizational change

Must possess a proven track record of establishing global HR processes and implementing innovative HR digital solutions

Have demonstrated success in high-growth environments, particularly within fast-evolving industries like technology or life sciences, along with expertise in change management and executing large-scale HR organizational transformations (i.e., digital transformation)

Must have strong analytical capabilities for interpreting complex HR data, exceptional business and financial acumen, and advanced knowledge of HR laws, regulations, data privacy, and compliance, with experience partnering closely with legal and financial teams

Must have proven ability to lead multiple system implementations (including top tier SaaS HCM and HR Case Management systems)/HR process improvements requiring change management and effective communication strategies

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $221,100.00-$320,150.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
