Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading our HRIS Solutions team supporting HR technology for our organization. The Senior Director, HRIS Solutions will oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of HR systems for our global . This position will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and driving efficiency through technology solutions. As the leader of HRIS Solutions this role will lead the team directly and collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Business leaders.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, develop and lead a high-performing organization fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous learning Optimize the HR Technology Solution team support model to provide scalable services while maximizing ROIIdentify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development to ensure team readiness and performanceOperational Excellence & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner to develop and execute the vision, strategy, and resourcing for the HRIS team by establishing goals, making clear prioritized decisions, and working with stakeholders to deliver automated solutions Understand and translate the requirements of the business into system solutions aligning with the overarching organizational values and HR strategies Promote accountability and operational rigor to enhance service delivery outcomes across the organization
Systems Implementation & Optimization:
Oversee the HRIS, including its design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades Lead, direct, and ultimately responsible for the identification, testing and implementation of HRIS enhancements Work collaboratively and negotiate as needed to ensure the effective identification and resolution of complex system and process issues while avoiding jeopardizing other established organizational priorities Support complex projects and process improvements to represent HR technology needs across the organization Analyze system-related issues and develop scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy Evaluate existing HR tools and processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or enhancement Recommend and implement system improvements or new technologies aligned with best practices and business needs Remain informed of system functionality and updates, interpreting and applying best practice to meet unique business needs Serve as a liaison between HR and technology vendors to streamline system integrations and user experienceConfiguration, Development
Drive configuration and optimization across Workday modules including but not limited to: HCM, Absence, Timekeeping, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, TalentOversee development and support integrations in/out of Workday FinancialsSupport configuration scoping and builds across HR technology solutionsChampion automation (EIB, calculated fields, custom business processes), AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable adoption of new featuresChange Enablement & Training:
Design and deliver enablement resources, training materials, and communications to support new processes and technologies Drive technology adoption by creating user-friendly experiences and self-service tools Continuously monitor usage metrics, identify opportunities for efficiency and drive system optimizations
Data Integrity & Governance:

Requirements:
Effective leadership in a team environment through partnership and collaboration with business stakeholders Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively Extensive experience in various HR modules with knowledge about HR processes, policies, and compliances Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical audiences Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive process improvements and automation Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment and provide and take direction High level of discretion and confidentiality Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, quality work Able to grow with the company and engage in new projects and assignments
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required 15+ years of experience managing HRIS platforms required 5+ years of Workday HCM experience or current certification in Workday required 5+ years of leadership experience required Workday certification preferred Experience with domestic and international HRIS management Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance best practices.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
