Extreme Networks, a leader in enterprise cloud networking, is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Demand Planning to join our Demand Generation Team. You will play a critical role in the outcomes of our demand generation efforts and will report to the SVP of Demand Generation. You will collaborate across Channel, Marketing, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations executives, to accurately set targets and measure week-by-week performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage the health of the pipeline, understand pipeline yield rates, and participating in Ideal Customer Profile decisions, to ensure our go-to-market strategy is performing well for the company. Demand Planning Responsibilities
Create and own the demand generation modelling to set targets for driving the correct amount and type of pipeline to hit future booking targets
Create and own the models that predict SQLs, SALs, MQLs, and Leads required on a quarterly basis.
Accurately analyze ROI based on channels, tactics, and vendors, and provide recommendations on changes or areas for optimization
Investigating anomalies in demand generation funnel mechanics to optimize and manage yield
Become a core member and leader of the cross-functional teams required to execute pipeline generation, pipeline maturation, and pipeline close. Across Marketing Executives, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Executives, Finance and IT.
Experience and Skills Required
Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS pipeline generation funnelsDeep knowledge of B2B SaaS sales and pipeline progression funnels and stagesExpert-level knowledge in crafting pipeline generation models from sales conversion rate waterfall calculationsDeep knowledge in transposing pipeline generation targets into SQLs, SALs, and MQLs, by region, source, by the new logo/install base, by source/influence, by tactic, by sales play, by the campaign, etcDeep understanding of how to calculate ROI on spendProven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectivesUniversity Bachelors Degree required10 years of experience requiredExecutive-level communication and summarization of findings Extreme Networks, Inc.
