Sr. Director Digital Marketing, Ford China

A crucial business position which will strongly contribute to drive digital marketing change management. Expect this role to lead Digital Marketing Strategy define and implementation. 

•Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; •At least 10 years of extensive experiences in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and Brand promotion; •Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape and adopt new technologies to enhance marketing efforts; •Prior experience in automotive industry is preferred •Strategic thinking •Strong leadership to build a strong team, good at collaboration •Deep understanding of customer needs in China auto industry

Strategy Development and Implementation

•Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Ford China company level objectives. •Centralize digital marketing strategy and operations to ensure synergy and efficiency.

Data Based Platform Support

•Build and activate Ford China level customer data platform to further improve network digital marketing efficiency and collect effective customer profiles

Execution and Empowerment

•Lead brand level digital communication platform, empower cross network dealer digital marketing capability

Efficiency and Collaboration

•Lead cross network digital framework efficiency, build mechanism on effective collaboration in order to build share of voice continuously       Cross Network Team Digital Marketing Capability Building   •Build a strong digital marketing team and continuously enhance team capability across Ford China and JVs   Digital Marketing Effectiveness Management   •Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing channels and propose initiatives to maximize marketing ROI and market penetration
