As a Sr Director Finance here at Honeywell, you will be in a highly strategic and influential position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function. As a Sr Director, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights will be a key aspect of your role.
\nYou will report directly to our VP CFO Americas, and you will work out of the Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nLead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives.\nLead and support the forecasting and reporting of all global FP&A processes including Pulse, Estimate/Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Monthly Operating Review (MOR).\nDevelop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth.\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.\nLeverage and help develop tools to provide value-add variance and key driver analysis for all regions across by partnering and working closely with the regional financial leaders and regional GMs\nContinuous improvement and development of world-class FP&A processes through a relentless focus on standardization & repeatability - leveraging & expanding reporting capabilities such as streamlining closing process and working capital forecasting and process rigor.\nDrive development of digital self-service tools to simplify service financial reporting and consolidation\nLead and support financial ownership of Fixed cost and Indirect spending.\nPartner with leadership, regions & functional teams to provide analytical support that help drive decisions and high areas of concern or opportunity.\nAssist in preparation of senior management financial reviews, including preparation of presentation materials, consolidation templates, and other ad-hoc requests.\nLead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and planners.\n\n
MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and planning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent leadership and team management abilities.\nProven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights.\nStrong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.\n\n\n
