ATI is currently seeking a Senior Director Operational Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), reporting to our Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), to work hands on with our business unit finance teams across the enterprise to identify tools, monitor objectives and drive performance of business. This operational finance leader will focus on managing the profitability of business operations by preparing short and long-range forecasting of operational and capital budgets, variance analysis, and annual and multi-year planning.The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial strategy, business planning, and operations finance, with a track record of success in high-growth, mid to large manufacturing environments. This influential finance professional will work hands on across 2 business units valued at approximately 2 billion dollars. Collaborating with finance professionals to influence and communicate skills to lead alignment across broader finance teams and business units to improve working capital, yield improvements and optimize financial decisions. This role is based out of our ATI Headquarters in Dallas, Texas
