Job Posting TitleSr. Director Government Programs Product SolutionsJob DescriptionThe Senior Director Solution Products is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the program within the portfolio. This position will drive the team to build, enhance, and maintain a program to ensure Prime’s business needs and priorities are met. This position will also be responsible for creating and managing business relationships both internal and external to Prime, including client and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
Set department/portfolio vision and direction in coordination with the stakeholder community and IT partners; motivate and manage staff to achieve agreed upon results; deliver project/program value within set parameters and timelinesPartner with clients to collaboratively design and develop system and process features and, on occasion, may be called upon to interact with client executive leadershipWork cross-functionally to resolve issues such as product ownership, dependencies, and prioritizationEstablish strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders; influence senior leaders and all levels of business and IT staff involved with the product portfolioFormulate and execute process and organizational improvement, direction, and programs to enhance overall effectiveness; proactively seek ways to improve human resource and other management processes; understand business process, issues/problems and define solutions to improve the ProductReport out to and influence Senior Leadership Team (SLT) stakeholders to help establish informed organizational and business decisionsCreate and execute resource sourcing strategies and serve as senior leader for Product delivery to balance and support Prime’s need for speed to market, quality, and cost managementOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required 10 years of work experience working with changes to business processes and systems and/or relevant business experience7 years of management/people leadership experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications
Ability to strategically plan and prioritize across potentially conflicting goals: consumer satisfaction, employer satisfaction, cost control, appropriate incentives, complex federal and state regulations, and operational constraintsAbility to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in business, IT or other advanced degreeExperience with working in an agile environment, User Experience (UX) Design, writing Product Discovery/Definitions for software, minimum viable product, Scrum, and/or Lean startupExperience with qualitative and quantitative analytic approachesExperience creating and managing complex development projects in a highly dynamic environmentExperience leading large, complex product teams and cross-portfolio initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building and influencingExperience with change management, and leading diverse teams to solve problems and pursue opportunitiesExperience delivering on premise and cloud/mobility products and working with commercial software design concepts, practices, and proceduresSAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) CertificationExperience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or related industryExperience with any of the following technologies and architectures: service- oriented architecture, web services, databases, modeling and/or distributed computingMinimum Physical Job Requirements

Reports to Vice President in the Operations Shared Services departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $144,000.00 - $230,200.00 based on experience and skills.
