The Senior Director of Product, Content Discovery will lead a product team of 5-7 people focused on streamlining the end-to-end discovery experience of how users find and decide what to watch next. You will own the vision, strategy, planning, and execution of the Content Discovery roadmap, which will have impacts across our international portfolio of streaming experiences.
You and your team will be tasked with challenges like: How can we present content on the home page (and other top level navigation pages) to spur discovery? How can we help users make informed decisions through content metadata? And how can we better organize content detail pages to get users to the right episode faster?
The ideal candidate will leverage strong organizational skills and deep subject matter expertise to partner with stakeholders across editorial, marketing, engineering + device teams to drive our product forward.
