The Sr. Director of Product and Growth Marketing will maximize the impact and efficiency of CHG Healthcare’s customer-facing products and marketing efforts. The primary focus areas will be improving the product and marketing strategy to progress the customer experience and overall effectiveness through the entire funnel (from awareness to acquisition and retention). This will be completed by identifying growth opportunities that align with overall business goals, through customer feedback, data, and experimentation, and by overseeing the product and marketing roadmap and results. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and Customer Products.
Responsibilites:
Leadership: Successfully lead diverse product and marketing teams, focused on growth and development, engagement, and coaching.
Strategy: Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven product and marketing strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities.
Product Strategy: Lead the customer product team, manage an in-market product, while seeking to drive innovation and strategic GTM initiatives. Implement product enhancements that drive organic growth through user engagement.
Product Management: Lead and support the product’s roadmap and development through agile product development, software development lens, and with the full product lifecycle in mind.
Websites: Oversee the web product team’s work in creating and optimizing several marketing websites to educate potential customers, generate leads, and support business objectives.
Paid Media: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing performance marketing, focused on customer brand awareness, acquisition, and growth across several channels including paid ad campaigns, organic search, and social.
Lifecycle Communications: Guide the team in crafting targeted and automated email and push notification strategies that enhance engagement and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
CRO: Focus on measurable results, rapid experimentation, and scalable strategies. Experiment with different channels and strategies frequently, optimizing tests incrementally to determine how to best optimize the marketing spend.
Results Management: Analyzing real-time results to enable faster optimization and accelerated growth. Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and metrics. Play a key role in elevating our performance marketing efforts, while making growth and results management a core competency within the division.
Customer and Market Insights: Diving into customer insights, ensuring our product and marketing strategies reach, engage, and retain the right audiences. Stay ahead of trends and changes in customer behavior, technology, and the competitive landscape, adapting the company’s strategies accordingly.
Partnerships: Proactively partner with leaders in sales, product, and marketing. Foster collaboration, alignment, and development to clear goals.

Successful marketing execution and results management.
Education & Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in product management or marketing
8+ years with at least 5+ in a senior people leadership role
Preferred:
Experience working in large-scale, technology-enabled healthcare services businesses
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $160,600 -- $ 347,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
