We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Product Commercialization to drive scalable product commercialization. We are looking for a leader who is eager to grow and transform a business, can roll up their sleeves, and act as a player/coach.
The Senior Director of Product Commercialization will lead the strategy and execution of bringing new products to market while supporting the existing products and solutions. This role involves strong cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, sales, operations, and finance to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management and commercialization, capable of driving initiatives from concept through commercialization who knows how to establish working groups to execute.
As a key member of the Product Experience leadership team, the Senior Director, Product Commercialization will provide strategic insights informing the product roadmap. This position requires a data-driven mindset, leveraging market and client insights to help inform overall product strategy and prioritization. The role involves close collaboration with product development and solutions management to prioritize investments based on commercial viability.
This position leads a small team of product managers may require occasional travel to client sites and Visa locations
Essential Functions:
Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure alignment on product features, timelines, and market requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for new products, including market entry plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product launch activities, including marketing, sales training, client support, pricing and post-launch support.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful launch of products
Help define and execute on the partnership strategy.
Present findings and recommendations to business unit leadership. Influence key internal and external stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and processes to achieve business objectives. Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success teams to align on key decisions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the product commercialization team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and excellence.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by the HIring Manager.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 181,100 to 234,950 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
