Sr. Director of Sales - NORAM WestThe Sr. Director of Sales will be responsible for customer retention and driving new business growth of all Amadeus Hospitality solutions within some of our largest customers in the LA area.
In this role you will:
Build relationships across the customer organization. This includes C level.Ensure customer's holistic understanding and applicability of all Amadeus Hospitality suite of solutions and how they work together.Focus on continued penetration of territory prospects by acquiring new customers across all Amadeus Hospitality SolutionsEnsure annual renewals/retention, new business targets and assigned KPI’s on all assigned accounts are achieved.Create new opportunities via consultative sales and relationships throughout customer organization.Lead campaign development and timely follow-up.Work with your Product Specialists (SME) to manage opportunity identification, proposal development, price quote and negotiation throughout the sales cycle.Execute locally on corporate product endorsements with customer base.Create and maintain strong internal partnerships with Amadeus key stakeholders and engage the right team members to ensure customers are receiving optimal value.Consistently build new business pipeline to meet assigned KPIs and sales goals.Collaborate with the Customer Success Management Team to optimize customer satisfaction and retention, owning the overall customer relationship.Collaborate with Finance partners on Accounts Receivable/cash collection compliance where needed.Collaborate with your Customer Success Management Team for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (where applicable) and to ensure your customer is achieving optimal value of Amadeus solutions.Participate and network in local industry events and industry organizationsAbout the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience within Tech, Marketing, Hospitality, or BI Sales10+ years of experience In Corporate B2B Sales or Regional Sales Leadership within the Hospitality Industry/Hospitality Tech preferred.Ability to influence hospitality executives.Strong presentation/communication skillsHistory of sales over-achievement and creating a collaborative environmentHigh energy, passionate and customer centricStrong people skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the company's operating environment and gain the trust and respect of prospects, customers, colleagues, and team members.Amadeus solutions experience and/or tech sales experience preferred.Competent in Salesforce compliance, forecasting and pipeline managementApplication process:
