**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Sr. Director of Workplace Strategy & Occupancy Planning, you will lead the development and execution of innovative workplace strategies and occupancy planning solutions for our global client. This role will drive the achievement of strategic goals, enhance workplace and portfolio performance, and optimize occupancy planning initiatives in a dynamic work environment.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop and implement tailored workplace strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
+ Analyze existing workplace data to inform and shape future strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
+ Innovate and introduce new methodologies and standards across various disciplines to enhance workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Apply sophisticated critical thinking to resolve complex business challenges and drive critical initiatives.
+ Leverage extensive industry knowledge and commercial foresight to enhance financial and functional performance.
+ Drive a data management strategy and maintain data integrity via a governance program.
+ Lead a high-performing team to meet occupancy planning objectives aligned with client goals.
+ Establish and supervise key processes that support ongoing business functions and enhance service delivery.
+ Prioritize planning efforts based on client engagement scope and long-term relationships.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and forecast real estate needs in response to business and market changes.
+ Develop comprehensive long-term real estate plans, incorporating benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
+ Supervise and achieve financial targets and critical metrics to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
+ Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, facilitating training, performance evaluations, and career growth.
+ Lead daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and ensure effective cross-training and collaboration among staff.
+ Inspire and empower the team to exceed operational targets while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
+ Cultivate strong partnerships across real estate departments and with client partners to drive strategic alignment.
+ Lead the development of thought leadership initiatives, establishing standards of excellence and ensuring quality control.
+ Model organizational values and ethical behavior, serving as a role model for team members and clients alike.
+ Negotiate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements on critical initiatives.

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 12-15 years of experience in workplace strategy and occupancy management. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Proven experience in staff management, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and retention strategies.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate sensitive and sophisticated information to various audiences.
+ Proven leadership capabilities to drive team performance in achieving organizational goals.
+ Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and showcases outstanding interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.
