ADP is hiring a Sr. Director, Product Planning (TotalSource) within our HRO organization.

Can you develop new and innovative ways to increase revenue and long-term retention opportunities?In this role as Sr. Director, Product Planning, you will lead a team and will have responsibility for the PEO offerings including pricing, distribution, value proposition and knowledge as well as the introduction of ancillary products. The Sr. Director Product Planning is responsible for all aspects of field and client enablement products for all the PEO offerings.
This will also include building and delivering our prioritized TotalSource business needs to Global Product & Technology and Shared Services for both Work Force Now and Service Tool offerings. Additionally, the team will be responsible for building the infrastructure for measurement, adoption, and utilization of the products within our client base for retention and loyalty purposes. Execute and deliver on CS Tool and Solution initiatives on behalf of the business. Additionally, the role will identify and deliver transformation and automation opportunities for the business.
This Sr. Director needs to be a strong leader with experience managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities and a product owner with a strong understanding of technology.

Be The Voice of TotalSource for Product decisions Help to guide and prioritize Product Enhancements/needs Connect with associates and leaders throughout the organization Obtain and provide Sales & Market insights while also capturing Competitive Intelligence Be the SME and increase product knowledge and effectiveness throughout the business Provide support and readiness for new products and features Maintain product adoption/utilization dashboards Support and/or drive product enabled strategic initiatives Seek out and propose new strategic product/offering initiativesTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home). Desired office locations are Alpharetta, GA, Miami, FL, Norfolk, VA or Roseland, NJ locations 12+ years of client service or Implementation experience 8+ years Product Management & Team Leadership experience Strong knowledge of Workforce Now and / or Salesforce Service tool offerings Able to work with the business and take in information from various "listening posts" to hear the voice of Alex (clients) and build into a clear prioritized list of product requirements Ability to work across and with diverse stakeholders, working in partnership with Sales, GPT, Shared Services and other BUs to define the product priorities, define the requirements, and managing the projects to ensure the deliverables are implemented in a timely manner with high quality Must also ensure that the business is ready for the deliverables by working with the various functional areas and all are prepared to support the enhancements Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions Ability to influence at all levels within a large matrixed organization A relationship builder who partners collaboratively internally and externally across the enterprise to ensure we are providing the best client experience and are achieving our business objectivesA college degree is great but not required.
