Position: Sr. Director Project Management Location: Ridgefield, CT The primary role for this job is the oversight/management of Construction & Renovation services, including Property Improvement Plans, Major Capital Projects, Miscellaneous Property Upgrades and support for Technical Services. In addition, he or she will be the support for the Investment & Development teams with property acquisitions and dispositions, including repositioning of existing assets through comprehensive design & construction efforts. The person responsible for this job will also support the delivery of Technical Services on new construction projects with development partners, among other duties as listed within the official job description and/or as assigned by the company.
