As a Sr. Director Software Business Model here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for improving IT capabilities to commercialize software products. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of our software products revenue, commercialization and drive NPI tracking, and ensure successful software reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of our software business partnering with the accelerator team and software BM business leader.
You will report directly to our CIO of Digital Engineering and VP of IT and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our software business by driving innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise in IT and software commercialization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of software products from an IT systems capabilities.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvement to enhance software commercialization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful commercialization of software products
• Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and software commercialization
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in commercializing software products
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software commercialization
