Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies + Develops and delivers presentations, briefings, and other forms of communication on strategy + Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view + Negotiates with senior management, customers, partners, or vendors to influence decisions + Perform other related duties such as operational analyses and presentation **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_ + This is an individual contributor position + We work on a hybrid flexible working arrangement; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home + BA/BS degree or equivalent in education and experience + Knowledge of the Tax, Payroll, Software industry + 12+ years relevant experience in tax, operations, and/or payroll + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting tight deadlines + Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills + A solid command of business communication tools and strategies + Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes + Collaborative team player who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment + Demonstrated skills in content development, workshop development and facilitation, program/project management, problem solving, and diligence + Strong strategic and critical thinking skills + Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams **A college degree is great but not required.
