The Senior Director - US Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) Portfolio Integration Strategy and Operations will play a central role in leading, planning, executing, and operationalizing the transformation and brand coordination across the business unit to deliver on our mission in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Include:Establish molecule-level strategic principles, building from brand strategies and priorities that will guide the operational planning and coordinated execution of our current and future brand portfolios in the CMH, Type-2 Diabetes (T2D), and Cardiovascular (CV) space.Lead the brand governance process across HCP cross-functional teams to drive decision making through focused collaboration and ensure effective and timely execution against brand prioritiesReport progress monthly to leadership via CMH Lead TeamLead integration-related market research, in collaboration with the BrandsDevelop and implement process for customer response across LUSA, incl. TLACSupport brands through customer planning and business plan process to ensure key brand decisions align with TZP strategic principlesAnticipate and identify possible friction points and proactively develop contingency plans to allow for sound execution against prioritiesAdditional Responsibilities Include:Lead collaboration with finance, global marketing, and brand teams the annual customer plan and business plan exercises for US CMHSupport operational excellence through tight governance, responsible for US scorecards, quarterly business unit priorities, and lead team meetingsLead tight collaboration and integration with Lilly Sales Institute, HR, Med Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Payor, BI&A, legal, E&C, finance, and communicationsPartner with sales training to develop and implement best in class knowledge and learning strategies to support upcoming launches and in-market brandsBasic Requirements: Bachelor’s DegreePharma sales experienceUS HCP Marketing experienceQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
