Vitalant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Donor Recruitment to develop and direct the divisions strategic donor recruitment and marketing plan to achieve annual collection goals. 

 

As the Sr. Director, Donor Recruitment, Your Impact Is Vital. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve annual collection goals, ensuring high levels of service and product quality. Key responsibilities include budget management, mobile and fixed site recruitment, and compliance with SOPs and regulations. You will provide effective leadership over a highly driven sales team, develop recruitment forecasts, review and conduct contract negotiations, direct media planning, and represent the organization in various public engagements.

As a Senior Director you’ll get to:   

Provide effective leadership to achieve high levels of service and product quality, 
financial results, and other criteria in accordance with policies, goals, and 
objectives. Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel. 
Identifies and effectively resolves personnel issues.Develops and implements a strategic recruitment plan, including territory alignment 
and goal setting that support the business units’ assigned goals. Ensures department follows system established recruitment SOPs, including 
projection accuracy, required booking levels, calendar management, territory 
planningDevelops recruitment forecasts for the business unit by draw location on a monthly 
basis through the analysis and interpretation of market trends and historical 
performance data.Represents business unit on enterprise functional council, projects, and initiatives.Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredFive years of related experience required. To Include: Two years of supervisory experience required
