Sr. Ecommerce / Customer Experience Business Analyst
The Sr. Business Analyst, ecommerce and Customer Experience candidate will function as the connection point between Dematic’s customers, the CS parts team, Marketing team, and IT business and development partners to stimulate market growth of our ecommerce and digital platforms, with a main focus on revenue generation and an enhanced customer experience.

Desired: Experience in B2B digital marketing, customer focus, and technical proficiency required.

This position is needs to be in Atlanta, Grand Rapids, Milwaukee, Dallas, or Salt Lake City.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

Drive ecommerce strategy for Spare Parts and Repairs businessAnalyze website data to optimize online marketing strategiesIdentify customer buying patterns and market requirements, and develop arguments for specific improvementsBuild reports and dashboards that convey insights and recommendations to collaboratorsSupervise and tackle ecommerce functionality issues as neededDevelop and implement market adaptation plan including customer training, marketing campaigns etcServe as the functional owner and marketing technologist on web-related project initiativesCollaborate with partners to increase ecommerce traffic, sales, improve conversion, improve profitability and optimize online product informationFind opportunities for process improvementsAssist and provide the required Ad Hoc reporting

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is helpful5-8 years of successful experience in ecommerce with global markets and/or customer value creationDemonstrable ability to translate business concepts into technical requirementsExperience in inside sales and designing and implementing test plansDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven organizational, project and time management skills, including the ability to optimally meet changing priorities and deadlinesGood communication and problem-solving skills are meaningfulSolid grasp of B2B & B2C ecommerce applications; experience with SAP, SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Ariba a plusSolid understanding of Information Technology systems including ERPs, CRMs, BI & Integration platforms. Web Analytics, A/B testing, Audience TargetingExperience with Confluence or Jira is a plus!
