Summary: Seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with expertise in Defense or Aerospace industries for large-scale projects.
Must have strong background in Defense or Aerospace industries
Proficiency in Magnetics Design, Electromagnetic Analysis, and Capacitor Design/Specification
Experience with Electric Machine Design & Sizing
Skills in PWA Design, PCB Layout, and Efficiency/Loss Analysis
Knowledge of Creepage/Clearance standards (UL 840, MIL-DTL-917, EN50178)
Expertise in Power Conversion Modeling & Controls and Circuit Protection Analysis
Familiarity with Protective Schemes and PQ/EMI/EMC Analysis
Competence in Short Circuit/Overload Analysis and Silicon Carbide (SiC)
Understanding of Grounding/Shielding Programs
Responsibilities:
Develop electrical systems for new large projects
Perform electromagnetic analysis on motors and generators
Design and specify capacitors for various applications
Conduct efficiency and loss analysis to optimize power budgeting
Pay Details: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
