As the Employee Relations Partner, this resource will be responsible for managing and facilitating positive employee relations within the organization. They will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance, support, and resolution to workplace issues and conflict. The role is essential in promoting a fair, respectful, and productive work environment, enhancing employee morale, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Collaborate with HR Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with organizational values and goalsMaintain processes developed to support business in employee relation matters and performance discipline identificationConduct thorough investigations into employee relation issues, ensuring confidentialityProvide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relation issues, conflict resolution techniques, and performance managementInterpret and apply company policies and procedures to resolve employee relation issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other departments as neededPartner with managers to provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actionsAssist in documenting performance issues, conducting performance improvement plans, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectationsCollaborate on developmental improvements to employee relation and performance management processes and documentationPlan and coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing morale, motivation, and teamworkAssist with Security ClearancesOther projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company Who You Are (Qualifications) Minimum of 6 to 9+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Humans Resources, or related fieldStrong understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations and employee engagement principlesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesSolid proficiency in MS Office suiteSecret (Level II) clearance required, can be initiated upon hireBilingual in French, strongly preferred
