Sr. Enablement Specialist

As the Sr. Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enablement Team, partnering with Support and Global Services Enablement Managers to create key learning assets, maintain a repository of standard enablement processes, and administer our Learning Management System. You will be instrumental in ensuring the Enablement Team is delivering learning assets that empower Team Members within Support and Global Services with the tools, knowledge, and best practices necessary to provide a world-class experience to their external Customers. Leverage your instructional design background, knack for communicating complex technical information in a succinct manner, and your organizational skills to be the execution backbone of the enablement programs and frameworks. 

This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 office days required per month; candidates must be based in Toronto or willing to relocate. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create learning assets to drive skill development across Support and Global Services Team Members (e.g. e-learning, snapshots, knowledge base articles) Administer MyLearning (internal Learning Management System) and other relevant portals, respective to scope of responsibility for the Support/Global Services Enablement Team Develop and maintain a repository of Standard Work and key process documents for the Support/Global Services Enablement Team, in partnership with the Enablement Managers Assist with delivery of the Consultant and Support Analyst onboarding programs Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other educational activities to drive engagement and skill enhancement among target audiences Triage Enablement inbox and ensure timely responses for those submitting inquiries  Be an essential piece of a sustainable and enriching Learning & Development culture Champion the use of the Fortive Business System (FBS) strategies or tools among target audience 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent  Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations (in person and online). Exceptional written and verbal skills, capable of presenting technical issues to a non-technical audience. Expert in creating various learning assets (e-learning, infographics, knowledge articles, etc.). Highly organized and motivated, able to manage multiple projects end to end. Experience developing Standard Work or Standard Operating Procedure documents. Expert with Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word) and eLearning tools/LMS (e.g., Articulate, Absorb). Proficient with audio/video communication software (e.g., GoToWebinar, Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, iMovie). Experience with MIRO, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint. Ability to travel to conferences, training workshops, Partner/Customer sites, Intelex or Fortive locations, etc. may be required (less than 10%)

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety or Quality Experience with software tools such as ServiceNow, Gong, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc. Experience implementing or integrating third-party business intelligence, automation, or AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools Experience with Intelex Platform and Applications Qualifications or Certifications in Adult Learning are considered an asset  FBS / Kaizen / Lean certifications are considered an asset
