Job Summary
 Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem solving skills to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop and build SiTime’s next-generation of MEMS products.
 
Responsibilities

Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirementsMEMS process development and integration to fab/foundryDrive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS FoundryWork with MEMS Foundry to Design and Execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials in addition to fabricationInterface with local and overseas vendorsWork in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and PackagingDrive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed
 
 

Requirements & Qualifications:

MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent,  Mechanical Engineering or Material Science.  PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered Skilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experimentsStrong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabricationExperience running laboratory experiments e.g. RF measurement is a plusExperience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or SpotfireExperience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvementA minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturingExcellent critical thinking and strong organizational skillsClear and concise scientific communicationAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment
