Job Summary
Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer, you will use your technical and creative problem solving skills to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and develop and build SiTime’s next-generation of MEMS products. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 
 
Responsibilities

Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design requirements and product requirements.MEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry.Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.Work with MEMS Foundry to Design and Execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials in addition to fabrication.Interface with local and overseas vendors.Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.Drive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent,  Mechanical Engineering or Material Science.  PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered.Skilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.Strong hands-on experience on MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.Experience running laboratory experiments e.g. RF measurement is a plus.Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire.Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement.A minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing.Excellent critical thinking and strong organizational skills.Clear and concise scientific communication.Ability to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment.
