**This position will be hybrid (3 days in office in Dallas, TX)**

 

This role is responsible for the development, implementation and support of Foot Locker’s Oracle Fusion Finance ERP application systems and other related business systems. The incumbent will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance systems design, interface development, report development, configuration, testing, implementation, and support. As a Sr. Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping Foot Locker's financial future by collaborating with a team of cloud finance experts to design and implement solutions that directly drive our strategic goals.

Responsibilities Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA, CM, AR and AP)Estimate, design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Finance system solutionsShow extensive experience with Oracle Fusion integration and reporting tools such as FRS, FBDI, OTBI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, BI Publisher, BI Cloud Connector, and Smart ViewHave experience in web services (REST, SOAP), integration protocols (XML, JSON), and API developmentAnalyze and document business processes, procedures, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancementsWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs, specifications, and test plansManage system testing and validation, including user acceptance testing and end-to-end testingFoster a collaborative, open, and transparent working environmentMentor junior team members on Oracle Fusion capabilities, tools and processesCommunicate effectively and clearly within your team and across teamsEnsure adherence to SDLC, SOX, PII, and PCI compliancePrepare and maintain system and operational documentationProvide 3rd level support for production systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financial applications.Working knowledge of configuration, reporting and data management technologies within Oracle Fusion applications

Nice to haves:

Experience in Oracle Retail Sales Audit is a plusExposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud is a plusKnowledge of systems integration platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoftExperience with various SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile

 

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $90,000-$135,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
