**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
+ Developing and implementing methods for evaluating product or component reliability (predicting product performance and identifying the key factors or elements that limit reliability)
+ Analyzes preliminary engineering-design concepts of major product, recommend design or test methods for attaining customer-specified operational reliability, using knowledge of reliability engineering and other technologies.
+ Testing, Measuring, tracking, evaluating, and publishing reliability performance requirement (internal and external) throughout product life cycle (design, manufacture, and service).
+ Present high level reliability status reports at regular meetings (i.e. Global Engineering Teams, etc.) and implement corrective action through the Milestone process.
+ Create and maintain a FRACAS (Failure Reporting And Corrective Action System) and root cause failure analysis program.
+ Monitors failure data generated by customer using product to ascertain potential requirement for product improvement.
**EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic and Information Engineering/ Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Communications or Information Engineering, or other appropriate technical discipline.
+ 3~6 years related job experience in reliability or components engineering in product testing and supplier quality verification, preferably in power tools industry or household electrical appliances.
+ Must have thorough knowledge of one or more quality and reliability tools, techniques, and methods (e.g., 6 sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Weibull analysis, Reliability analysis, Reliability Test Plans, FRACAS).
+ Must have good oral and written communication skills (including public presentation skills).
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
