Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, flexible Sr.Engineer to join our team. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Innovating machine solutions and explore new technologies through deep application, systems, and controls expertise​.

Leading state-of-art system development by understanding and combining complex architectures and system dynamics.

Analyze and develop machine solution from concepts to product launch meeting scope from a functional, safety and cost perspective

Developing and using computer-based modelling (MatLab/Simulink) of  systems, sub-systems to improve quality and time to mark.

Develop project value propositions and document engineering results in white papers, engineering reports,   articles, and conferences, both internal and external

Building knowledge and growing  engineers by mentoring and coaching

Background & Skills

Min 8 years of experience in product development, system engineering, Vehicle / Machine integration. Educational qualifications of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in hydraulics, construction equipment, Industrial machine and equipment is preferred. Knowledge from off-high way applications and hydraulic design is an advantage.
