Responsible for machine maintenance in the plant - Electrical and electronics maintenance .Spare management , interaction with supplier / internal stakeholder for improvement and development projects. MIS weekly / monthly.
Do the analysis and finding sustainable solution to improve the uptime of machine. PM I/ TPM.
QualificationsDegree in EEE- Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum - 3-4 year of experience in machine maintenance
Additional InformationExperience - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines to minimize unplanned downtime.Identify and diagnose issues with machines during breakdown by utilizing a combination of technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of malfunctions or performance issues.Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to rectify issues identified during inspections or troubleshooting.Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to improve performance, reliability, efficiency, or safety. Lead the installation of new machine elements, integrate new technologies and redesign machine systems as needed.Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. Enable continuous improvement and support decision-making by generating and analyze reports on equipment reliability, maintenance activities, downtime and costs .Providing training and mentoring to maintenance engineers and technicians or operators to enhance their skills and knowledge of machine maintenance best practices. Provide on-the-job training, as well as formal training sessions on specific equipment or maintenance procedures.
Competent knowledge of types of maintenance (Preventive, Predictive, Condition base Maintenance etc.)
* Advance knowledge and understanding of Mechanical elements, Pneumatic and Hydraulics,Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, including Control systems
* Proficient in implementing I 4.0 solutions and Data Requirements for Digitalization, Connected machines, AI, MES, MAS, Condition Monitoring
* Advance knowledge on lean principles, IATF and Safety standards
