Introduction
We are seeking a Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. You will be responsible for process optimization and continuous improvement, collaborating with teams to drive efficient production. Oversee project management, equipment implementation, and new product introductions to achieve manufacturing excellence.
This position is mainly located in Alwar.

You will join a team of manufacturing engineering experts in production engineering, lean manufacturing and process optimization dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in production processes. Our team is passionate about designing and implementing efficient manufacturing systems that strive to deliver high-quality products while reducing costs and improving safety.
We are currently working with production team and supply chain, developing innovative quality control methods, and working on process improvement projects to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Our tasks include:
Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement Developing and implementing lean manufacturing techniques Analyzing data to optimize production workflows
What you’ll do
Design and develop tools, fixtures, and machinery for new product development, ensuring successful trials and validation, implement efficient manufacturing processes, and improve existing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Lead the manufacturing engineering projects from concept to completion and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Conduct regular weekly and monthly reviews with cross-functional teams (CFT) and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for all products, closely with product design, product management and R&D to understand new product introduction (NPI) requirements. Create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA). Manage the product routing and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates within SAP. Identify opportunities for improvement by using the method like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and implement changes in manufacturing, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and promote a safe working environment and culture
Who you are
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering Relevant work experience – Minimum 5-7 years of experience in heavy engineering industry. Good understanding of technical aspects of drawings, BOM, SAP-PP,UG-NX/Inventor, welding & GD&T. Practical Engineering experience including design. Good knowledge of manufacturing process and Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, PFMEA, assembly, fabrication, machining, work study, and raw materials & its standards. Proven track record achieving business objective. Experience in aggregates/heavy engineering industry Self-motivated and organized
