1. Qualification
Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering5 years+ working experience. Small home appliance, Vacuum cleaner or Power Tools design work experience is preferred.Mechanical processing process exposure or experience, including machining, casting, molding, heat-treatment, etc.Qualify skill in 3D and 2D software, knowledge about DFMEA, GD&T and stack-upsHands-on experience on problem solving skillsGood communication and time management skillsBe self-motivated, goal-orientated, team-worker, open-minded.Good communication skill. Good English reading, writing.Good experience in using MS office software (Excel, Word, etc) Willing to learn, and willing to share knowledge and experience in the team.2. Responsibilities
Work with team members to research and design new system, ideas, mechanism to support functionsConceptualize new ideas or concepts from marketing briefs and ID Sketches to present for discussion and approval.Research or explore new manufacturing process to supplement the current and future designsCreate and provide concise, accurate, and legible 2-D/3D CAE models/drawings, layouts, assemblies, and other necessary documentation meeting the standards for prototype build and production.Analyze integrity and functionality of new designs and optimizes accordingly.Identify, modify, and implement design changes in existing products to achieve improved manufacture, quality, market features, cost down, liability, etc.Work with vendors of materials, products and processes from concept to product production.Development of prototype models, prototype assessment and testing. Control and maintain testing records.Understand GD&T principles, and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to meet the product functionsIssue and maintain records of engineering drawings/files and engineering change notices for product manufacture/quality assessment.We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
