Summary:

The Sr. Equipment Finance Sales Executive - Agriculture develops and maintains profitable leasing customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for developing new business and providing industry trend insights to executive management, maintaining a high quality large or specialized equipment financing portfolio. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Generates new business through direct calling efforts to dealers and vendors in the agriculture industry.Actively identified cross sell opportunities for other bank partners, prepares deal preview packages, and works with other colleagues to document opportunities in accordance with internal and external regulations.Develops and maintains profitable leasing customer relationships; markets leasing products to bank employees and customers. Negotiates lease terms and buyouts. Prepares all associated leasing documentation as required by internal and external regulations. Stays informed of customer's creditworthiness including collecting on delinquent accounts.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in the leasing industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Established relationships with agriculture dealers and/or vendorsPrevious formalized credit trainingDemonstrated success structuring complex credits; researching, judging and presenting information verbally and in writing; and creating documentation to support the credit and minimize riskDemonstrated leadership experience by providing coaching, skill development, and feedback to team membersProficiency using Microsoft Word and ExcelProven negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh level of professionalism
