The Gogo Sr. Executive Assistant will support our Colorado-based CEO, CFO, and General Counsel with various administrative tasks, as required by this C-Suite team.
We are seeking a seasoned professional who will thrive with fast-paced, highly energetic C-Suite executives in our Broomfield, Colorado, headquarters.

How will you make a difference?
Manage demanding, dynamic schedules for the CEO, CFO and General Counsel with emphasis on proactive planning as well as flexibility to accommodate changing needs/requirements
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Coordinates/schedules meetings and appointments, coordinates logistical requirements and catering for C-Suite executives (as needed)
Arrange domestic and international travel including airline, hotel, and transportation, and create complex itineraries
Prepare agendas and may participate in select executive meetings to take notes and track/follow up on action items
Support the Assistant Corporate Secretary as backup in managing and uploading documents to Gogo’s Board portal
Communicate tactfully with internal leaders and external stakeholders
Submit expense reports (Navan)
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
Associate of Arts degree in Business or Communication, or equivalent combination of formal training and professional experience
10+ years’ experience of experience as an executive assistant supporting a team of multiple C-level executives
This is NOT a remote role

Advanced skills using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the Internet.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with professional discretion
Service-focused – dedicated to meeting the expectations of the C-Suite direct reports and demonstrated ability to interface with all levels and departments within the organization
Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
