Your key responsibilities

Push and implement the quality improvement project in  TTH -Ingredient solution China plant and make sure quality management the plants are in line with group quality and TTH quality requirements 推动质量改进项目的实施，确保TTH – Ingredient solution工厂的质量体系和系统集团质量体系保持一致；maintain the Company Quality and food safety system to assure all products and processes meet the defined specifications and standards, and are meeting the customer requirements, as well as legal, regulatory and corporate requirements. 维护公司的质量和食品安全体系，以确保所有的产品和生产过程符合规范和标准,并满足客户的需求,以及法律、法规和企业需求。Assure that all company activities are fully compliant with the applicable standards and practices: ISO 9000/FSSC22000, kosher, halal, HACCP, (Chinese) GMP and others. Ensure awareness and understanding of these standards by all employees, including management. t确保公司的所有活动都符合标准和法规：ISO 9000/FSSC22000, kosher, halal, HACCP, (Chinese) GMP 等等。确保所有员工和管理着都认识和理解这些标准。Support CQM team to coordinate customer complaints in China region and assist plants to conduct effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Assist plants’ customer audits and follow up on effective closure of audit findings. 支持CQM 团队协调中国区域客户的投诉，并协助工厂进行有效的原因分析和纠正预防措施的实施。协助工厂客户审计，并追踪审核发现项的有效关闭。Make sure perform regular internal audits and management review to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System. 确保定期根据明确的程序进行内部审核和管理评审,发现可整改项目,确保质量管理体系的持续有效性和适用性。Manage and monitor a system to ensure identified corrective actions are documented, are implemented and are effective (Plan-Do-Check-Act feedback loop). 管理和监控一个系统，来确保偏差行动的记录,并有效实现(计划-执行-检查-行动 关闭回路)。 Ensure that all changes which have a potential impact on regulatory status or customer satisfaction are adequately managed in line with the “Management of Change” procedures. 确保所有对法规或客户满意度有潜在影响的变更都按照“变更管理”程序得到充分的管理。Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved : Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units. 与生产、维护、质量控制、市场营销和销售、物流、采购等所有层次和组织单位保持密切联系和协调,确保质量问题进行讨论并得以解决。Driving other quality improvement project at China region level and support business and operation expansion project in China.  在中国地区推动其他质量改进项目，支持中国业务和运营的扩展项目。

You bring

Minimum 5 years in a QA, QC or Regulatory Affairs position within a food/pharma/feed manufacturer or trader.

五年以上食品/医药领域/饲料的QA、QC及相关管理经验。

Bachelor degree or equivalent in food, chemistry, pharmaceutics, biology or related fields.

在食品、化学、制药、生物学方面取得学士学位

Good understanding & experience on ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC, GMP, etc

有一定的ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC 和GMP的经验

Good knowledge of Chinese regulatory environment for food/compound food additive /pharma/feed

熟悉中国的食品、食品添加剂、制药，饲料等方面的监管制度
