Your role: Our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) is focused on becoming a customer-centric organization, emphasizing the highest standards in safety, quality, service, cost, inventories, and talent. The ISCO Excellence team aims to enhance continuous improvement, impacting agility, reliability, yield, and productivity across the organization.
As Sr. Expert ISCO Excellence Analytics, you design and implement advanced analytical capabilities, develop innovative tools to identify performance improvement opportunities, and manage analytics projects. Your work involves guiding stakeholders through the analytics process, leveraging advanced analytics and a deep understanding of manufacturing and operational excellence to maximize impact.

Who you are:

Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Industrial EngineeringAbility to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations using statistical methodsAdvanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools for impactful communication of insights (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)Practical experience in end-to-end manufacturing and operational excellenceComprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and relevant performance metricsProficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologiesProven ability to lead (analytics) projects from concept to implementation, combining strategic thinking with orchestration and execution skillsGood presentation skills as well as experience in solution lifecycle management and end-user training
