Job SummaryThe Senior Facilities Coordinator assists the facilities management team to ensure successful service delivery of client facility needs. Directly supports the facilities management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities through implementation of the entire purchase order system, finalizing with invoice processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders (PO), as requested, in accordance to established process and policy, including the attachment of Scope Documentation and purchase order Terms & ConditionsManage the entire Purchase Order process, from work order creation though closure of PO to ensure the timely receipt and submission of vendor invoicesMonitor the exceptions folders daily, and work with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve all PO and invoice discrepanciesAddress client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective problem resolutionMaintain on-going communication with all stakeholdersParticipate in planning meetings for building events and room reservationsKey Competencies:

2-4 years of work experience in an administrative, accounting or tenant services capacityExperience with work order and purchase order processesExperience with data entryPrevious customer service experiencePrior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferredAdditional Eligibility Qualifications
Basic understanding of management agreements and contract languageComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgmentExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule as neededWork Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role has exposure in a Data Center environment. This role has exposure to industrial production and warehouse environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copy machines and phones.
