Job Requirements
Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3+year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in Aero engine or turbomachinery domain.Performing low cycle fatigue, high cycle fatigue and detailed fracture mechanics assessments of Aero engine static & rotating components.Good experience on writing the Analysis reports is a must.Experience in Linear, Non-linear analyses and debugging convergence issues.Exposure to vibration analysis of the components, Goodman diagram, Campbell plot etc.Knowledge in substantiations of MRB/Non-conformances/Concessions components.Experience in APDL macros.

Minimum of 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Mechanical/ Aeronautical /Industrial/ Mechatronics EngineeringConvergence Trouble shooting Expertise in FEA tools like Ansys and HypermeshTool knowledge on ANSYS classic, Hyper mesh and UG NX is mustGood to have exposure to customer specific tools like SiestaIn-depth knowledge in structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly verify new and existing designs.
