From chemistry and pharmaceuticals to forensics, environmental analysis, and biochemistry, we play a key role in driving breakthroughs across scientific fields. **How You Will Make an Impact:** As a Sr. Field Scientist, Applications, you'll be a trusted partner for our customers, helping them solve complex analytical challenges with our cutting-edge LCMS technology. **What You Will Do:** + **Product Training:** Provide hands-on and virtual training for customers on the effective use of our instruments and software. + **Application Optimization:** Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and customize scientific methods and applications. Troubleshoot, analyze data, and offer insights that drive solutions. + **Technical Presentations:** Present the capabilities and benefits of our products to diverse audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable information. + **Collaboration:** Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support and enhance the customer training process. + **Scientific Support:** Stay current with the latest scientific research, regulations, and technologies. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, finding opportunities for improvement and innovation. + **Leadership:** Lead projects independently, mentor junior team members, and serve as a consultant for specialized market segments. **What You Bring:** + **Education:** Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience. + **Experience:** 3-5 years of hands-on experience with LCMS instruments, software, and data analysis. + **Skills:** + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical systems. + Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences. + Fluent in both local language and English. + **Travel:** This position may require up to 75% travel.
