The Sr. Advanced Finance Analyst will be responsible for becoming the finance business partner to our Global Climate Solutions (GCS) segment of our Products & Solutions business covering the America’s region. This role will report into the Senior Finance Director and will play a key role in providing strategic business insights and financial analysis reporting to empower the GCS America’s team to make impactful business decisions across all areas of the GCS portfolio. **JOB DUTIES:** + Support local business partners in the region with sound & reliable business insights. + Work with GCS Global Finance Leader to support customer & product initiatives. + Provide weekly, monthly reports & presentations, focusing on concise insights. + Global data Manager for Forecasts & Budget Consolidation & Reporting in O9 Finance System. + Responsible for Regional Cost Ownership & Control. + Execute the Annual Budget Sales & Margin Consolidation & Reporting. + LOB STRAP (Growth & Gross Margin). + Deliver timely, accurate & reliable financial information to business leaders. + Development of Timely Forecasts, Supporting Creation of Annual Operating Plan & Accurate Input into Consolidation Tools (HFM, O9). **MUST HAVES:** + 5+ Years of Financial Analytical Experience, Controlling, or Reporting Role. + Experience in Providing Financial Support in a Product Manufacturing Business. + Professional experience with an ERP System (Ex.
