About the Role:

The Senior Corporate Finance Manager will join a fast-paced corporate FP&A team and be responsible for three statement financial models. Among other responsibilities, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various teams across the organization, such as Ops FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Data Analytics.

What You'll Do:

Financial Model – create agile three statement models to provide long-term financial projections for various purposes

Board Deck – deliver quarterly board decks which focus on financial results & projection and strategy alignment

Setting Guidance for Earnings- work closely with Revenue and Ops FP&A team to accurately provide guidance per quarter

Support the month-end financial close activities and quarterly earnings

Project Management – manage monthly/quarterly/yearly deliverable schedules

Ad hoc and Special projects

What You’ll Need:

Education – Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus.

10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance.

Investment banking experience is a plus

Knowledge on SaaS business model.

Experience on delivering earnings call materials and board decks.

Expertise on Income Statement (GAAP and Non-GAAP), Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement forecast.

Computer Skills – the ability to demonstrate the highest skill levels working in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity working with Saleforce.com pipeline data, Adaptive Insights Planning, and NetSuite accounting data a plus.

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with SaaS Company Metrics – experience calculating and comparing churn, dollar retention rates, cohort growth rates, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, etc.

Other – demonstrated experience or interest related to cybersecurity and/or SaaS.

Big 4 public accounting experience and CPA preferred is a plus

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
