ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Assisting PDS Finance with special projects, transition of new processes, UAT and trainingMonthly Retail LOB furniture close out supportValidation of cost codes for furniture and other equipment capex requestsSupport the staffing management program to meet client and C&W staff reporting requirementsAssist the Finance Manager with month end journal entries, ensuring reimbursable and non-reimbursable spend is booked correctlyMonthly review of revenue and expenses against plan.  Understanding and communicating variances to the Finance ManagerAssist with preparation of monthly financial presentationsPartner with the Finance Manager to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement

POSITION QUALITIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience5 + years’ experience in a Finance position and/or Real Estate services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral requiredIntermediate to advanced level sills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPointAbility to work effectively and multi-task in an ever-changing pressure environmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDetailed-oriented and excellent communication and verbal skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $70,805.00 - $83,300.00
