Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Smyrna, TN (hybrid)
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our FP&A function, focusing primarily on supporting the Program Management team and assisting in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecasting (FCST) processes. In addition to financial planning responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with our Supply Chain Finance team to provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development and consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecast (FCST) processes for the Program Management Finance team. Program Management Support: Work closely with the program management team to analyze financial data, provide variance analysis, and support decision-making. Subject Matter Expertise: Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in pricing initiatives, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation efforts both internally and with our clients. Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop financial models and conduct complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations derived from financial analysis. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies within the FP&A function.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems One Stream, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.Attributes:
