Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Financial Analyst is an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional who prepares financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts. In this role, one is responsible for supporting Executive leadership in building and managing their organization budgets.
Position Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial analysis, budgets, and forecastsExecutes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plan.Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendationsPrepare and communicate variances to managementProvides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reportsMonitor headcount, FTE’s and program spending to ensure budgets are metSupport the month end close and prepare monthly financial reporting packagesPerform a variety of special projects, financial presentations and financial analysisDevelop new reporting tools and improve key processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness for all deliverablesIdentify and drive process improvements including reports, tools and presentation materialsWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsDetermines methods & procedures on new assignments and may serve as Team LeadOther duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Minimum of 8 + years of related experience required

Experience with financial planning & reporting toolsExperience with ERP and Hyperion, Oracle preferred

Strong planning skills, coupled with strong analytical and execution skills

Able to identify problems and perform real-time resolution by deciding on correct course of actionAdvanced PC skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

The salary range for this role is:

$108,275 - $153,615
