Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze financial data and support key business decisions for a manufacturing company. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analyses, including cash flow assessments, to support business operations and strategic planning. • Develop and maintain complex Excel models and formulas to streamline data processing and reporting. • Collaborate with teams to optimize budget processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to assist in decision-making. • Evaluate business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. • Provide insights on financial performance and recommend actionable strategies for growth. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track financial trends and outcomes. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and modeling techniques. • Strong understanding of budget processes and cash flow analysis. • Familiarity with business systems and their role in financial operations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
