This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. **Responsibilities** : + Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions. + Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial forecasts. + Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. + Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against budget. + Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and efficiency gains. + Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis. + Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, and report on financial performance to stakeholders. + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. + Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. **Qualifications** : + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. + Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or similar role. + Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Onestream). + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. + Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Experience in Manufacturing industry is a plus. **What We Offer** **:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + A collaborative and inclusive work environment. Base Pay Range: $70,000-144,000 _Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
